Wall Panels

These Terms & Conditions (“Wall Panel Conditions”) form part of the Servlets Consumer Terms & Conditions and govern the provision of wall panel-related services through the Servlets platform, operated by Gonav Spaces Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By booking a wall panel service via Servlets, you (“User”, “You”) agree to the following:


1. Scope of Service

1.1 The wall panel services may include installation, removal, repair, polishing, painting, cleaning, or maintenance of wall panels, depending on your booking. 1.2 Services may be provided by:

  • Verified Servlets Experts (Company-approved professionals) – covered under Company warranty & service quality standards.

  • Local Service Providers (Bidding/Marketplace model) – independent providers where the Company is not responsible for quality, delays, or damages.


2. Materials & Measurements

2.1 Users must ensure that wall measurements, surface conditions, and installation requirements are correctly provided before booking. 2.2 If materials are supplied by the User, the Company is not liable for quality defects or installation incompatibility. 2.3 Any material procurement by the Service Provider will be billed separately unless included in the booking price.


3. Site Readiness

3.1 The User is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation, including clearing the area and providing electricity, lighting, and access. 3.2 Any additional work required to prepare the site (e.g., wall repair, damp-proofing) will be charged extra and may delay service completion.


4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing will be displayed on the Servlets platform or finalized via the bidding process. 4.2 For Verified Servlets Experts, full or partial payment may be collected via the platform before service. 4.3 For Local Service Providers, the User is responsible for direct payment to the provider as agreed in the bid, unless otherwise facilitated by Servlets.


5. Warranty & Liability

5.1 For Verified Servlets Experts, installation workmanship is covered under a month limited warranty, subject to normal wear and tear. 5.2 No warranty is provided for:

  • Services booked via local/bidding providers.

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, water leakage, or structural defects.

  • Material defects when materials are provided by the User. 5.3 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service, except where required by law.


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Users may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. 6.2 If the Service Provider arrives and is unable to perform the work due to site inaccessibility or incorrect information, a visit fee may apply.


7. Insurance

7.1 For Verified Servlets Experts, basic service insurance may be available to cover accidental property damage, subject to policy limits and conditions. 7.2 Insurance is not applicable for services booked via local/bidding providers unless specifically stated.


8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 In case of service disputes for Verified Servlets Experts, the User may contact Servlets Support at [email protected]. 8.2 For local/bidding services, Servlets may assist in communication but is not obligated to mediate or enforce resolutions.


9. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayawada, AP.
