Terms And Conditions
These Service Provider Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Servlets platform, owned and operated by Gonav Spaces Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), available via Servlets.in and the Servlets mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering as a Service Expert or Organisation on Servlets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
Service Expert – An individual or organisation offering services through the Platform.
Organisation Account – An account created by a business, housing society, or other registered entity to onboard multiple Service Experts under its management.
Guaranteed Services – Services booked under Servlets’ direct assurance, insurance coverage, and verified standards.
Local Bid Services – Services booked through the bidding marketplace, with no guarantee or warranty from Servlets.
User – Any person or entity requesting a service through the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
You must complete KYC verification and provide all documentation requested by Servlets (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, GST, company incorporation proof, licenses, insurance).
Organisations must provide proof of registration and authorised signatory details.
You must keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date.
3. Onboarding & Verification
All Service Experts will undergo background checks and documentation verification.
For Guaranteed Services, Servlets may require training, skill validation, and insurance enrolment.
For Local Bid Services, verification is limited to identity checks; no quality assurance or skill testing is guaranteed.
4. Service Categories
You may offer services including, but not limited to:
Personal care (spa, massage, beauty, hair styling, makeup)
Home services (appliance repair, cleaning, pest control, maintenance)
Educational services (tutoring, skill training)
Other approved categories as listed on the Platform.
5. Service Booking & Fulfilment
For Guaranteed Services, you must accept bookings as assigned by Servlets and adhere to service standards.
For Local Bid Services, you may place bids on open requests. Users will choose based on your quoted price, reviews, and profile.
You must arrive on time and complete services as described in the booking.
You must not subcontract work without prior written consent from Servlets.
6. Payments
Payments for Guaranteed Services will be collected by Servlets and disbursed to you as per the payout cycle.
Payments for Local Bid Services may be handled directly through the Platform’s escrow or settlement system.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, income tax, etc.).
Servlets may deduct commissions, platform fees, or penalties from payouts.
7. Pricing & Bidding
For Guaranteed Services, pricing is determined by Servlets’ published rates.
For Local Bid Services, you may quote your own price within Platform guidelines.
Price manipulation, collusion, or misleading quotes will result in account suspension.
8. Service Quality & Standards
Guaranteed Services require compliance with Servlets’ checklists, SOPs, and insurance terms.
For Local Bid Services, you must still comply with legal requirements and maintain professionalism, though Servlets does not guarantee outcomes to the User.
Repeated complaints, fraudulent activities, or violations will lead to permanent delisting.
9. Insurance & Liability
For Guaranteed Services, insurance coverage will be as per Servlets’ policy, subject to exclusions.
For Local Bid Services, Servlets assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, or disputes. Any insurance coverage is optional and must be opted into separately.
You agree to indemnify and hold Servlets harmless from claims arising from your negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.
10. Subscription & Membership
Organisations may opt for subscription-based models (weekly, monthly, or annual) to manage service experts, access premium features, and receive bulk assignments.
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
11. Dispute Resolution
For Guaranteed Services, Servlets’ customer support will handle complaints and claims as per policy.
For Local Bid Services, disputes must be resolved directly between you and the User unless an escrow settlement applies.
Servlets’ decision in any mediated case will be final.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Misrepresent qualifications or identity.
Solicit Users outside the Platform for bookings made on the Platform.
Engage in fraud, harassment, abuse, or illegal activities.
Share confidential User information without consent.
13. Intellectual Property
All branding, trademarks, and Platform content remain the property of Gonav Spaces Pvt. Ltd.
You may not use the Servlets name or logo without written permission.
14. Suspension & Termination
Servlets may suspend or terminate your account for violations, inactivity, or fraud.
You may terminate your account with 14 days’ written notice, subject to completion of ongoing bookings and settlements.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh courts.
