These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Servlets platform, operated by Gonav Spaces Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Servlets mobile application, website (servlets.in), and related communication channels (collectively, the “Platform”) connect consumers (“Users” or “Requestors”) with independent service providers and organisations (“Service Experts” or “Providers”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Servlets.

1. Services Offered

Servlets provides an online platform that enables:

  • Servlets Verified Services – Tasks fulfilled by providers verified and onboarded by Servlets through KYC, documentation, and background checks. These services may be covered under insurance or guarantees as per the service type.

  • Local Bidding Services – Tasks posted for bidding by local providers who may not be verified by Servlets. We provide a communication and payment gateway but do not guarantee quality or liability for these services.

  • Organisation Management – Registered organisations/apartments can onboard and manage their own teams, accept service requests, assign jobs, and track finances. Servlets verifies organisational identity but is not responsible for employee conduct.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

  • For certain services, identity verification may be mandatory.

3. Service Requests

  • Users may submit service requests by selecting a category, location, time slot, and service type.

  • Location-Based Rules: Offline services are restricted to a 5–10 km radius of the selected location. Online services may be available nationwide.

  • Slot Selection: Users can choose “Immediate”, “Flexible Today”, or a “Future Date”.

  • Bidding: For Local Bidding Services, multiple providers may submit quotes. Users may select any quote at their discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing for Servlets Verified Services is displayed upfront and includes applicable taxes.

  • Pricing for Local Bidding Services is set by providers. Servlets is not responsible for price accuracy or negotiation outcomes.

  • Payments must be made through authorised Servlets payment channels unless otherwise specified.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • For Servlets Verified Services, we may provide limited guarantees or insurance (service-specific terms apply).

  • For Local Bidding Services, Servlets acts only as a facilitator. We are not responsible for:

    • Service quality or timeliness

    • Provider conduct or damage caused

    • Any disputes between users and providers

  • Users must perform their own due diligence before engaging a local provider.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before the provider confirms the booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type and cancellation timing.

  • For Local Bidding Services, Servlets will only process refunds if payment was collected via the Platform and the provider failed to deliver.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misrepresent their identity or service request.

  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading requests.

  • Engage in direct transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees.

8. Verification of Service Experts

  • All Servlets Verified Service Experts undergo KYC and documentation checks.

  • Local Bidding Service Experts may not be verified; we clearly mark their status.

  • Organisations using the Platform to manage services are responsible for their own staff compliance.

9. Data Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Servlets, you consent to such collection and processing.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
